2 cloves garlic, chopped1 lb zucchini, chopped (about 3 cups)
1 tablespoon onion, chopped
1/2 lemon, juiced and zested
3 rounded teaspoons nutritional yeast
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup light coconut milk
salt to taste
8 ice cubes plus water to make 1-1/2 cups
Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender, in the order given, and blend on the "Smoothie" setting.
