24 baby red and white potatoes 2 tablespoons olive oil 1/2 cup fresh rosemary (or 1/4 cup dried rosemary) Preheat oven to 400ºF. Pierce the potatoes with a fork and microwave, covered, on high for 5-8 min. until almost tender. Drain them then toss with the olive oil, rosemary and salt to taste. Roast for 30 min.
