mixed salad greens
Parmesan (or vegan Parmesan) crumbled or shaved
black olives, pitted
red onion, thinly sliced
sliced sun-dried tomatoes in oil
orange pepper, thinly sliced
Italian vinaigrette, Olive Oil and Lemon Vinaigrette, Olive Oil and Red Wine Vinegar Vinaigrette or Orange Vanilla Vinaigrette
balsamic glaze
Toss the mixed salad greens to choice of vinaigrette together in the proportions you like.
Plate then drizzle with balsamic glaze.
